  • Functional Fitness - Stability & Mobility

    PROPS: Wall & Stability Ball (Class can be done without stability ball if you don't have one.)
    CLASS IS COMPLETED STANDING & OPTIONAL ALL FOURS PORTION.

  • Functional Fitness Squishy Ball

    CLASS IS COMPLETED STANDING WITH USE OF A WALL

  • Sun Bird Ups & Downs

    Class is all bout balance with leg strengthening exercises. (Optional sun bird pose series on mat at end will show modification first for standing.)
    PROPS: Chair, Wall & Yoga Mat or pillow to cushion knees.
    CLASS IS COMPLETED STANDING BUT WILL HAVE OPTIONAL SERIES AT END THAT WE GET UP & DOWN FRO...
