CLASS IS COMPLETED STANDING & OPTIONAL ALL FOURS PORTION.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS classes are Osteo, knee, wrist, shoulder & back friendly. Modifications explained.
Class is all bout balance with leg strengthening exercises. (Optional sun bird pose series on mat at end will show modification first for standing.)
