Class is all bout balance with leg strengthening exercises. (Optional sun bird pose series on mat at end will show modification first for standing.)
PROPS: Chair, Wall & Yoga Mat or pillow to cushion knees.
CLASS IS COMPLETED STANDING BUT WILL HAVE OPTIONAL SERIES AT END THAT WE GET UP & DOWN FROM THE GROUND.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS classes are Osteo, knee, wrist, shoulder & back friendly.
