BALLET BARRE - LEVEL 1
Full class is done standing.
Can use countertop, wall, back of couch or no prop at all in replace of a ballet barre.
PROPS:
NONE, but optional light hand weights and ankle weights could be worn throughout entire class for an added challenge.
MODIFICATIONS:
KNEES - Limit range of motion. Makes sure to not let knees bend past toes. Feel a clicking in joints pause and take a break.
SHOULDERS - Lower arm height during ballet arm series and can always pause video to take breaks.
BACK - Slight lean forward with flat back will help with discomfort in low back.
ANKLES/TOES - Limit the height of heel raises.
OSTEO - Flat back.

FOCUS: Balance, Legs, Hip Mobility & Shoulders
Full class is standing with the only optional prop being ankle weights. First half of class is all legs and second half all arms with the option of using ankle weights on wrists.
